Blanc de Noirs - Brut
It is our uniqueness, our symbiosis, the fusion of our cultures and the bond with our terroir in Rilly-la-Montagne which are at the origin of this cuvée. Pinot Noir (50%) meets Meunier (50%) and together they reflect the particularity of our Premier Cru heritage. Harmonious and unique, this Blanc de Noirs presents gourmand aromas of white and yellow peaches.
Perfect to arouse your tastebuds with an assortment of appetizers.
Réserve - Brut
Here, a trio of Chardonnay (40%), Pinot Noir (30%) and Pinot Meunier (30%) forms our superb Complicité: the first grape variety brings its fresh tenderness (citrus, orange blossom, pomelo and honeysuckle). The second variety, with its fruits soaked in sunshine (aromas of plum and fig) builds the wine's character reminiscent of pralines (cocoa beans, roasted and grilled flavours); and the last variety adds a gourmand and generous touch of fruit. The three of them together offer a type of champagne which is rich and mature, and will find its place on your table, bringing your guests together around it.
It ideally enhances chicken and coriander tagine or sautéed caramel pork. And for dessert, an orange tart.
Rosé - Brut
Two grape varieties come together (50% Meunier, 50% Pinot Noir) in Fraternité - an atypical type of champagne. This 'brotherhood' has the maturity of traditional rosé aromas (redcurrant, blackcurrant, cherry) and the originality of floral aromas (violet, menthol-eucalyptus). It is both crunchy and fleshy - a rosé on which all gourmets agree!
Tapas, a vegetables quiche, Lamb chop, cheese (cantal, ossau-iraty) or in dessert alongside a salad of citrus and mint leaf, or a tiramisu with pink biscuits from Reims .
Blanc de Blancs - Brut
This was the first cuvée created by Isabelle and Sombath when they took over the family business. The accomplishment of a vision, of ripe fruity Chardonnay grapes producing an exceptional cuvée. It is a single grape variety champagne, fully incarnating the Couvreur-Prak fusion: citrus aromas along with a mineral and chalky character which blend together with almond and honey nuances. As the final touch, an aroma of ginger wraps up this atypical flavour!
It is perfectly well matched with stir-fried scallops or mirabelle tart. Surprising but delicious with sweet and savoury Thai cuisine.
Millésime 2010 - Brut
This vintage is the symbol of prosperity. It represents a vintage and aging time which sublimate the grape varieties.
Prospérité 2010 rich and fleshy. Inside of mineral notes : sweet spices and dried fruit. In mouth, candied citrus fruits. The bounty maturity are the main describers of this wines.
